How do I Change my passcode?

If you are logged in to the Venga app: 

1. Go to your Settings tab on the top of the main dashboard
2. Select “Security”
3. Select “Change Passcode”
4. Enter your current passcode 
5.  
6. Enter new passcode
7. Confirm your new passcode.

Note: If you don’t remember your current passcode, you will need to log out first. 

To change your passcode while logged out of the Venga app, please follow the steps below:

1. 1. Open your Venga app 
   2. Tap on “Get Started”
   3. Enter your account’s registered phone/email information
   4. Enter the OTP code that you receive via SMS/email
   5. Enter your registered password 
   6. Tap "Forgot Passcode” and the App will log you out and you will need to go through the login process once more and then you will be able to set up a new passcode.
