General iOS issues and troubleshooting

The steps listed below can help troubleshoot various app-specific issues on iOS:

Common iOS App Issues:

  • iOS app crashes.
  • Pages within the app are not loading.
  • A “Something went wrong” error message is displayed when making a transaction.
  • General degraded performance or latency issues in the app.

If you are encountering any of the issues above please try troubleshooting by following the steps below:

  1. Delete the Venga app from your iPhone Settings: 
    • Settings > General > Storage > Venga > Delete App
  2. Shut your phone down completely and restart it.
  3. Enable cookies in your iPhone’s default web browser: 
    • Settings > Safari > "Block All Cookies" should be OFF
  4. Download the latest version of the Venga mobile app from the App store.
