In order to purchase any cryptocurrency with your Venga app first you need to successfully pass the identity verification process.
If you have not completed it, review this article that explains how to complete the process.
After completing the verification process you can go to your home page and click on the Buy button.
Then you will be taken to a page where you will be able to select the currency that you are going to pay with and the cryptocurrency that you want to purchase.
On the same screen, you will choose your desired payment method, currently, we support VISA, MasterCard, and Apple Pay.
Tap continue and depending on the payment method you chose you will be prompted to either input your card details or confirm the transaction with Apple Pay. Please follow the steps and you might have to approve the transaction in your Banking app.
After you confirm the transaction in your bank, the transaction will go through and you should see a screen like this:
Just take into consideration that the funds might take a few minutes to appear in your account since the transaction is being executed in the blockchain and needs to be fully confirmed. If you have not received the funds within 1 hour, please reach out to our Support team with the Order ID of the transaction and we will be able to help you further.
