- Euro Deposit Required: To make a Euro withdrawal, you must first make a Euro deposit to validate your IBAN.
- Account Matching: For regulatory reasons, the name on your bank account must match the name on your Venga profile.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Access Your Wallet:
Open the Wallet tab in your app and select Euros. - Tap Withdraw button to proceed
- Choose Your IBAN:
- Your saved IBAN accounts will appear on the screen.
- If you have multiple saved accounts, choose the one you’d like to withdraw to.
- Enter Withdrawal Amount:
Specify the amount of Euros you want to withdraw. - Review Your Request:
Tap Review to proceed to the confirmation screen. - Confirm the Details:
Double-check the information and tap Confirm to finalize your request.
