Selling crypto on Venga is quick and straightforward. Once your sell order is placed, the EUR proceeds will be transferred directly to your whitelisted bank account.
Before you start
To sell crypto on Venga, make sure you have:
- A verified Venga account (identity verification complete)
- A crypto balance in your Venga wallet
- A whitelisted bank account linked to your profile
Step-by-step: How to sell crypto
Step 1 — Tap “Sell” on the Home screen
From the Home screen, tap the Sell button in the quick-action bar.
Step 2 — Choose a crypto to sell
A list of all your crypto assets with available balances will appear. Tap the token you want to sell.
Note: Only tokens with an available balance are shown.
Step 3 — Enter the amount
Type the amount you want to sell. You can enter either the EUR value or the crypto amount — the app will automatically calculate the equivalent.
Orders are executed in accordance with our Execution Policy upon receipt of your instruction. The price displayed is for reference only and does not guarantee execution at that price.
Step 4 — Selling limits
Each sell order must be within the following limits:

If you enter an amount outside these limits, you’ll see an error message. Adjust the amount and tap Continue.
Step 5 — Select where to receive your money
Choose the bank account where you’d like to receive your EUR. Only your whitelisted bank accounts will appear here.
Bank card withdrawals are coming soon. Currently, only bank transfers are available.
If you have multiple whitelisted accounts, a selection modal will appear — tap the account you want to use.
Step 6 — Review your sell order
Before confirming, review all the details of your order:
- You Sell — the crypto amount
- You Get — the EUR amount you’ll receive
- Transaction Fee — 0.8% of the order value
- Withdrawal Fee — bank transfer fee
- Withdrawal Account — your destination bank account
We work with MiCA-regulated liquidity providers to seek the best possible execution for your orders.
Step 7 — Confirm & Sell
Tap Confirm & Sell [Token] to place your order. Once confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled.
Your EUR will be transferred to your bank account. Processing time typically takes 1–2 business days.
Step 8 — View your transaction details
Tap View Transaction Details to see a full breakdown of your sell order, including status, amounts, timestamp, and Order ID.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be verified to sell crypto?
Yes. Identity verification is required before you can sell crypto. If your account is not yet verified, you’ll see a “Get Verified” screen when you attempt to sell. Tap Verify yourself and follow the steps — it takes around 2 minutes.
What if I don’t have any crypto balance?
If you have no crypto balance, you’ll be prompted to Buy Crypto First. You’ll need to deposit EUR and buy crypto before you can sell.
What if something goes wrong?
If your order cannot be processed, you’ll see a “Something Went Wrong” screen. Your crypto balance will not be affected. Please try again later or contact support.
