Buying crypto on Venga is quick and straightforward. You sell Euros and receive the cryptocurrency of your choice — all within the app, in just a few steps.
Before you start
Make sure you have:
- Completed your Identity Verification (KYC)
How to buy crypto — step by step
Step 1 — Open the Buy screen
From the Home screen, tap Buy in the quick actions bar.
Step 2 — Choose your crypto
A list of available cryptocurrencies will appear with their current prices. Tap the one you want to buy.
Step 3 — Enter the amount
Type the amount in Euros you want to spend. The equivalent crypto amount is shown in real time. Your available Euro balance is displayed on screen.
Step 4 — Check for limit errors
If your amount is below the minimum (€20) or above the maximum (€10,000), the app will show an error before you can continue.
Step 5 — Select your payment method
Tap Continue and choose how you want to pay:
- ✅ Bank Transfer — available now
- 🔜 Apple Pay — coming soon
- 🔜 Card — coming soon
Step 6 — Review your Buy Order
Check the full breakdown before confirming:
- You Sell — Euro amount
- You Buy — Crypto amount
- Buy Rate — rate applied to your order
- Transaction Fee — 0.8% of the order value
- Final Amount — exact crypto you will receive
Step 7 — Accept the Order Execution Policy (first time only)
If it's your first time buying, read and tap Read & Accept to continue. You will only be asked once.
Step 8 — Confirm your order
Tap Confirm Buy [Token]. Once executed, you'll see the Order Executed Successfully screen.
What are the buying limits?

What payment methods are available?
Currently, the only available payment method is Bank Transfer — you deposit Euros to your Venga Euro Account via SEPA, and those funds are used to execute your buy order.
Apple Pay and card payments are coming soon.
What fees apply?
Venga charges a fixed 0.8% fee on all Buy operations. The exact fee is always shown on the review screen before you confirm — no surprises.
Why was my order cancelled?
If your buy order is cancelled, it may be because:
- The deposit amount did not match the order amount
- A technical issue during execution
Any funds already received will remain in your Venga account. You can always place a new buy order.
Where can I see my transaction history?
After your order is executed, tap View Transaction Details on the confirmation screen, or go to Wallet → [Token] → History.
