Execution of Orders - Buy Crypto Operations
Execution of Order - Buy Operations refers to any operation used to purchase a cryptoasset with fiduciary currency. Currently, Venga offers a bank transfer as a payment method for purchasing cryptoassets.
The fee for Execution of Orders - Buy Operations is 0.8% fee per operation.
Venga does not charge a fee for receiving bank transfers when used as a payment method to purchase cryptoassets.
Execution of Orders - Sell Crypto Operations
Execution of Order - Sell Operations refers to any operation used to sell a cryptoasset to buy fiduciary currency. As Venga is not licensed to hold fiduciary currency, this operation is automatically combined with a bank transfer to withdraw the purchased fiduciary currency to an external bank account.
It is important to note that withdrawals are permitted only to whitelisted external bank accounts, and that to whitelist a bank account, it is first necessary to buy a cryptoasset using a bank transfer as the payment method.
The fee for Execution of Orders - Sell Operations is 0.8% fee per operation.
The fee for a bank transfer to withdraw the purchased fiduciary currency to an external bank account is calculated as follows:

The exact fees will be calculated based on the amount of crypto being sold and withdrawn and will be shown on the Execution of Orders - Sell Operation screen in the Venga app before confirming the operation.
Execution of Orders - Swap Crypto Operations
Execution of Order - Swap Operations refers to any operation used to purchase a cryptoasset using another cryptoasset.
The fee for Execution of Orders - Swap Operations is 0.8% fee per operation.
Crypto Withdrawals
Crypto withdrawal fees are calculated dynamically based on the fees Venga incurs on the relevant blockchain or distributed ledger technology used to process the withdrawal or the selected cryptoasset (Underlying Network Fee).
It is important to understand that the Underlying Network Fees are outside of Venga's control and are entirely dependent on blockchain conditions.
Venga applies a markup to that Underlying Network Fee. The fee is calculated as follows:
Underlying Network Fee + Venga Markup = Venga Crypto Withdrawal Fee
Crypto withdrawal fees are subject to change due to blockchain conditions, and the exact fees will always be displayed on the withdrawal screen in the Venga app before confirming the withdrawal.
