Trade-only assets can't be withdrawn, so you can move your money out in one of two ways: sell them to EUR and receive the money in your bank account, or swap them to a standard asset and withdraw that.

How do I sell a trade-only asset to EUR?
Open the Venga app and tap Sell on the Home screen.
Select the trade-only asset you want to sell.
Enter the amount in EUR or in crypto (€12 to €10,000 per order).
Select your whitelisted bank account.
Review the order details, including the fees.
Confirm the sale. The money reaches your bank account in 1 to 2 business days.

What if I don't have a whitelisted bank account?
You can only sell to a whitelisted bank account. To whitelist yours, make a bank-transfer purchase of any token first (the minimum order is €12). After that, you can sell to that account. A card purchase doesn't whitelist a bank account. Our support team can't add a bank account manually, so this step is needed.
How do I swap a trade-only asset and withdraw it?
Swap your trade-only asset for a standard asset that can be withdrawn, such as BTC or ETH. The swap fee is 0.8%.
Withdraw the new asset from your Wallet to your own wallet or exchange. The crypto withdrawal fee is shown before you confirm.

Why can't I withdraw my trade-only asset directly?
Trade-only assets stay inside Venga. They can't be deposited or withdrawn, so there is no address to send them to. Read more in What are trade-only assets?.

The amount you receive depends on the price when your order executes, and prices can change quickly. Fees are shown before you confirm. Only trade what you can afford to lose.
